- General Provisions
WTC Chauffeur operates a global online chauffeur booking platform that enables users to request and arrange chauffeur-driven transportation services worldwide.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- WTC Chauffeur acts as an intermediary and booking platform
- Chauffeur services are performed by independent chauffeurs or partner operators
- These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any specific service conditions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Contractual Relationship and Contract Conclusion
2.1 Booking Process
A transportation contract is concluded when:
- The user submits a booking request via the WTC Chauffeur platform, and
- WTC Chauffeur confirms the booking on behalf of the assigned chauffeur or partner operator.
2.2 Contracting Parties
- The transportation contract is concluded between the user and the chauffeur or partner operator
- WTC Chauffeur facilitates the booking, coordination, communication, and payment processing
WTC Chauffeur is not a carrier unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Registration Obligation for Use of WTC Chauffeur Tools
3.1 User Registration
Certain features may require user registration, including:
- Corporate accounts
- Frequent traveler profiles
- API or portal access
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3.2 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities conducted through their account
WTC Chauffeur reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
- Selected Content of the Transportation Contract (For the Benefit of the User)
The transportation contract typically includes:
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Date and time of service
- Vehicle category
- Estimated service duration
- Agreed remuneration
- Special service requests (if confirmed)
Service Execution
- Chauffeurs shall perform services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism
- Estimated travel times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or force majeure
- Remuneration and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Prices are:
- Displayed prior to booking confirmation
- Based on service type, vehicle class, duration, and location
- Inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment may be made via:
- Credit/debit card
- Corporate invoicing (subject to approval)
- Other payment methods offered on the platform
5.3 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond included limits
- Route changes
- Additional stops
- Damage or excessive soiling
- Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- WTC Chauffeur is not liable for acts or omissions of independent chauffeurs or partners
- Liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss is excluded
6.2 Personal Property
WTC Chauffeur is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Reasonable assistance may be provided to recover lost items.
6.3 Mandatory Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Willful misconduct
- Gross negligence
- Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
- Amendment of the Offer by WTC Chauffeur
WTC Chauffeur reserves the right to:
- Modify services, features, or pricing
- Update booking conditions
- Introduce new service options
Any material changes will be communicated through the platform or website.
- Protection of Content and Grant of Rights of Use
8.1 Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Text
- Logos
- Software
- Platform design
is the property of WTC Chauffeur or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 License to Users
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform solely for lawful booking purposes.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation is prohibited.
- Final Provisions
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the user’s booking location, unless otherwise agreed.
9.2 Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts determined by applicable law.
9.3 Language
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

WTC Chauffeur may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
