On Demand WTC Chauffeur Services. (“WTC,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and telling you how your information is used. In order to provide you with the WTC Chauffeur service (the “Service”), we need to collect certain information about you and your social network. Types of Information WTC Chauffeur Collects, How It Is Collected, and How It Is Used

Personal and Personally Identifying Information: You provide us information about yourself, including your name, home address, e-mail address, mobile phone number billing information, and personal preferences. If you link your account to social networks such as Facebook, we may have access to your social graph. This information is used to offer more rides, notify you of changes in our offerings, and provide you with a better experience. As further explained below, in the course of providing you with additional services you may request related to WTC Chauffeur, we may use the personal information we have collected about you in partnership with outside companies, with your permission. If you correspond with us by e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mail messages, your email address and our responses. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service.

In most instances, WTC Chauffeur staff will have access only to aggregate information in the course of providing the Service to you. Some examples of exceptions include:

  • WTC Chauffeur support staff may review your personal information if you request us to do so as part of a support call, to provide safety and security benefits, where it is required by law, and to maintain or diagnose issues with our Service.
  • WTC Chauffeur marketing staff may review your personal information to provide you with additional benefits. For instance, we may offer, at our discretion, referral programs and/or preferential rates to our volume riders.
  • WTC Chauffeur engineering staff may access your personal information in order to provide the Service to you.
  • WTC Chauffeur financial staff may access your personal information to handle billing or payout functions.

Payment Information: WTC Chauffeur may collect your personal payment information, such as credit card information and information stored on outside services that you may use with WTC Chauffeur such as Stripe or Apple Pay. By submitting your payment information and/or linking your WTC Chauffeur account with an outside payment service such as Stripe, you authorize WTC Chauffeur to access and use this information in order to provide you with the Service and accept payment for the Service. This authorization allows us to confirm your identity and provide you with more seamless, hassle-free transactions. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifying information.

 

Cookies: WTC Chauffeur sends a “cookie” to your computer or smart phone that contains an identification number unique to the device you are using. We use this cookie to record how our service is being used and thereby provide customers with a more seamless experience. A cookie does not collect personal information about
you, but may convey information about how you browse the Service to us. A persistent cookie will remain on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Local Storage Objects: We may use Flash Local Storage Objects (“Flash LSOs”) to store your Site preferences and to personalize your visit. Flash LSOs are different from cookies in the amount and type of data stored. Typically, you cannot control, delete, or disable the acceptance of Flash LSOs through your web browser. IP Address and Logins: As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We log each visit to each web page on the Service, either directly or through a provider of such tracking solution. A log entry can contain information typically found in the “header” of your web browser’s request such as the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. We may also log your cookie’s identification number and the URL of the last site you visited. If you login, we may also log how you use the system, such as the number of tickets you have bought in a given session. This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, and monitoring the functionality of our Service. Your IP address may serve to monitor network access and response time, diagnose problems with our website or mobile application, and gather aggregate demographic data such as the geographic distribution of our traffic. We do not tie IP addresses to our customers’ personally identifying information.

 

Web Beacons: We may use clear gifs in HTML-based e-mails sent to our users to track which e-mails are opened by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make WTC Chauffeur Services a more efficient experience for our users. Clear gifs are tiny graphics
with unique identifiers, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Internet users. Clear gifs are embedded invisibly in web pages or e-mails. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personal information.

 

Third Party Analytics: We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Site and, to the extent permitted, our Application. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services, performance and user experiences. We do not share your personal information with these third parties.

 

Data Gathered from In-Vehicle Hardware: The hardware that we may install in WTC Chauffeur vehicles allows us to gather information about vehicle use, including but not limited to time of use, times at stops, number of people that traveling, real-time position, speed of travel, and other aspects of vehicle use. We may use this information (i) to provide you with the Service, (ii) to aggregate your use habits and potentially provide you with related benefits, (iii) to record vehicle movements and driver behavior in case of traffic complications, and (iv) to aggregate your data with other riders’ data and better understand how people use our Service and how we can make it even better for you in the future.

The location of all WTC Chauffeur vehicles is tracked by a global positioning system (GPS) in the vehicle hardware and conveyed to WTC Chauffeur, which then may be communicated to riders. Your location information also may be gathered by a WTC Chauffeur mobile application, but only with your explicit permission. Except as described in this paragraph, we never use this information to make your real-time or historical location or movements public without your permission. Other users will not be able to see your movements or planned trips in a WTC Chauffeur shuttle unless you choose to enable community features and share this information with a selected number of people such as your Facebook friends or your co-workers. Personal location information will be used only to provide the Service to you. For example, it may allow WTC Chauffeur to tell you how far you are from your destination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, location information, including personal location information, may be released to insurance companies, the police, or similar parties in the due course of investigating and processing accident claims and providing you with help in the case of an emergency. WTC Chauffeur may publish aggregate location information, or information derived from it such as traffic patterns.

Data Generated from User Content: Following termination or deactivation of your account, WTC Chauffeur may retain your profile information and user content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes, or to maintain and improve the Service. WTC Chauffeur may retain and continue to use indefinitely
all information (including user content) contained in your communications to other users or posted to public or semi-public areas of the Service after termination or deactivation of your member account. Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as user content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings. For example, if you post comments on the WTC Chauffeur blog, you should be aware that any personally identifying information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these fora, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifying information you choose to submit via our blogs. If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain
viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service.

How We Share Your Information

 

Sharing of Your Information with General Third Parties: As a general policy and subject to the exceptions listed herein, WTC Chauffeur does not rent or sell your personally identifying information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of WTC Chauffeur (for instance, on servers or
databases co-located with hosting providers). If we do share your personally identifiably information with third parties, such third parties’ use of your information will be bound by terms substantially similar to this Privacy Policy. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email,
and visitor information, which may include personally identifying information, is generally one of the transferred business assets in this type of transaction. We may also transfer or assign such personally identifying information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

Except as set forth herein with regard to expanded services and transfer of assets, WTC Chauffeur does not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (i) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or our partners, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (ii) to take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; or (iii) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of WTC Chauffeur, our users or others.

Sharing of Your Information with Business Partners; Expanded Service: In the course of providing you with additional services you may request, we may use the personal information we have collected about you in partnership with outside companies, but only with your permission. When you purchase, register, or otherwise express interest in a product or service offered by a third party through WTC Chauffeur, we will ask for your consent before sharing your personal information with those parties for the purpose of delivering the expanded services. For example, WTC Chauffeur may partner with third party transportation providers to allow you to travel outside of the regularly traveled location. Your first name and current location would be communicated to this third-party. Such third parties are authorized to use information that is disclosed to them, in accordance with contracts and agreements between WTC Chauffeur and these third parties. In these cases we will share only the information reasonably needed to provide you with said service. Information that is shared with third parties is subject to the privacy policies of those parties, which may differ from WTC Chauffeur privacy policies. WTC Chauffeur is not liable or responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties.

 

Aggregate Information: We may share non-personally identifying information (including, but not limited to, anonymous usage data, number of votes on a specific driver, and number of historical rides) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns of certain WTC Chauffeur services. For example,
we may share utilization rate information on a specific geographic service area that transportation providers operate within to help support their business decision. We may state the total number of daily riders that WTC Chauffeur is supporting to members of the press.

 

How We Protect Your Information: WTC Chauffeur uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information and implement your privacy settings. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to WTC Chauffeur, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, WTC Chauffeur makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that WTC Chauffeur cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting access to your account. Compromise of Personal Information

You Control Your Information

If you have an account with WTC Chauffeur, you can change your account information and preferences at any time by logging onto your account. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. No one under 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on WTC Chauffeur. This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia courts, whenever applicable. All claims against us arising out WTC Chauffeur Privacy Policy shall be litigated in either the jurisdiction of such committee for the purpose of final determination of any dispute arising there under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia courts.
